• Profile information: We collect your name, email address and profile image to create and manage your account.
• Generated images: Images generated by the App are stored on our servers until you delete your account or request deletion. Generated images are retained to provide you with access to your creations and to enable features such as galleries and downloads.
• Uploaded images: We do not store the images you upload to the App on our systems for longer-term storage. However, when you use third-party image-generation services via the App, those third-party services may process or use your images for training or improvement according to their own policies. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any third-party services you use through the App.
• Usage data and diagnostics: We collect technical and usage information such as device identifiers, app usage, crash reports and analytics to improve the App and troubleshoot issues.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your account and profile.
• To store and serve generated images related to your account.
• To provide, maintain and improve our services, including analytics and error monitoring.
• To communicate with you about changes, support requests and important notices.

3. Sharing and Third Parties

• We use third-party service providers to host, operate and improve the App, including but not limited to Google Firebase, Google Play services, Google Analytics and Gemini AI. By using the App you agree that these providers may process data on our behalf in accordance with their terms and policies.
• Third-party image generation services you invoke through the App may retain or use your uploaded images in accordance with their own privacy and training policies. We do not control how those services use data, and you should review their policies before use.
• We will not sell your personal information to third parties.
• We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or to respond to lawful requests by public authorities.

4. Data Security

We employ reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect the personal data we collect. Data in transit and at rest is encrypted using industry-standard protocols. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Children and COPPA / GDPR Compliance

• We aim to make the App safe for all ages. We comply with applicable children’s privacy laws, including the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) where applicable.

7. Account Deletion and Data Removal

• To delete your account and all associated data, submit a deletion request via our website (theindiansoftware.com) or create a support ticket from within the App.
• Upon receipt of a valid deletion request, we will delete your account and all personal data we store (including generated images) within 48 hours, unless a longer period is required to comply with legal obligations.
• Uploaded images that were processed by third-party services may remain with those third parties according to their retention policies; please contact the third-party provider directly for removal requests.

8. Cookies and Local Storage

We may use cookies and local storage (or equivalent mechanisms) to store preferences and session information. You can control cookies and local storage through your device settings.

9. International Transfer

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own where our service providers operate. We will take steps to ensure adequate safeguards for cross-border transfers where required by law.
